Production & Dispatch
- Ready-to-Ship Rugs: Dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed over weekends or holidays may ship within 2 days.
- Made-to-Order Rugs: Please allow 20–35 days for completion, depending entirely on the rug’s design complexity and size.
