  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to display screen settings and photographic lighting.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, household, or geographic region.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the product. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for Cash on Delivery).

  • Payment Gateways: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your banking passwords, card details, or UPI credentials.

  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or inaccurate pricing/inventory errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping destination.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier logistics constraints, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund

  • All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of order delivery.

  • Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original brand tags intact.

  • Customized apparel or personalized merchandise cannot be returned or refunded once manufactured, except in cases of verified defects.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website—including the TAC logo, brand name “The Astitva Club,” graphic t-shirt designs, typography, images, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of The Astitva Club.

  • Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of our artwork or products is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts.

  • To violate any local, state, national, or international regulations or laws.

The Astitva Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
